子供と行きました。良いホテルですよ。姉妹ホテルのライムリゾートも宿泊しましたがこちらの方が断然設備も上です。あちらは冷蔵庫、プールタオル、ドライヤー、テレビ、コンセントの数などなどコストダウンが見て取れます。せっかくの旅行なのでこちらを選びましょう

I am extremely disappointed with the way Milky Bay Resort handled my situation. I accidentally booked the wrong month. As soon as the staff and I realized the mistake, I immediately asked if it would still be possible to cancel the reservation. The hotel told me this would be possible if Booking.com approved the cancellation, since I had made the reservation through their platform. After contacting Booking.com, they informed me that, as a goodwill gesture because I frequently use their service, they were willing to approve the cancellation. The only thing they needed was a written confirmation from the hotel. From that point on, the hotel completely refused to cooperate. They would not provide the written confirmation that Booking.com requested, making it impossible for them to process the cancellation. Even worse, the hotel later claimed that I had actually stayed there, despite the fact that I was in Vietnam at the time. This is simply false. As a result, I lost almost €500. As a student, this is a huge amount of money. What makes this even more frustrating is that my booking was during the Full Moon Party period, one of the busiest times on Koh Phangan. The resort had every opportunity to rebook the room for the correct dates, as demand is extremely high during that period. I fully accept that the original booking mistake was mine. However, I contacted the hotel immediately after discovering the error and tried to resolve the situation honestly and respectfully. I would have understood if they had simply told me from the beginning that cancellation was not possible. Instead, they first told me it could be done with Booking.com’s approval, then refused to provide the confirmation they themselves said was needed, and finally claimed that I had stayed at the hotel when I clearly had not. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Based on the way I was treated, I cannot recommend Milky Bay Resort.
