友人のオススメでお寿司目的で来店。1番安いコースでもお腹がいっぱいになるということで、1番下の$150のコースを頼みました。コース3万円くらいする日本のお店と同じクオリティのサービスでびっくりしました！スタッフさんのお料理の説明も日本語で、板前さんも丁寧なお仕事で言葉も日本語で対応してくれました。先付けやお刺身の味も美味しかったです。

20251107-Exceptional Tempura Omakase Experience at Mizuki. I had the privilege of enjoying the tempura omakase lunch at Mizuki with my husband and son. It was truly outstanding. Every piece was perfectly crisp and light — easily the best tempura I’ve had in a long while. Chef Yasuda’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in every course. The balance of texture, and doneness of each course made the experience both elegant and satisfying. The service was warm and attentive, complementing the serene ambiance of the restaurant. (Though when we arrived, there were 2 customers who were finishing their meal and were talking very loudly, we were glad that they left shortly after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and refined Japanese dining experience in Singapore. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
