Amazing experience! The food at this shop is top-notch, but the service is even better. Our waiter Htet Htet Thu , was fantastic—super friendly, quick, and very accommodating. Food was great! Even though there was no extra service charges, we had a friendly server, Ken, who was so so obliging and willing to pander to our multiple requests for soups, veggies etc. His friendly disposition made our day! I had such a wonderful dining experience at Kimukatsu at Takashimaya (Basement 2). The food truly made me feel like I was enjoying authentic Japanese cuisine in Japan — everything was incredibly delicious and well-prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Htet Htet Thu, who was very polite, warm, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant — the food is amazing and the overall experience is fantastic.
