The buffet was booked through KKday at around 320 HKD per person (including 10% service charge). Considering the variety offered, the price is reasonable, though some areas could be improved. Seafood Selection The seafood station featured American oysters, mussels, shrimps and sashimi options like salmon and snapper. The first round of sashimi, especially snapper which was noticeably fresher and more tender. Later rounds, it became chewy and harder to enjoy. It showed a clear difference in quality depending on timing. Dessert Variety The dessert spread was diverse, including bread pudding, milk pudding, puffs and cakes (chocolate, taro, banana, coffee). Most tasted average, but the chocolate lava cake was memorable. Guests could personalize the plate with celebratory words and pair it with ice cream. Beverage Options Only coffee and tea were available, with no alcoholic drinks despite online mentions. This was a letdown for those expecting a wider beverage range. Cooked Food Wagyu slices were limited (two per person, sometimes just one during peak hours). However, the roasted beef was surprisingly tender compared to typical buffet offerings, which often suffer from chewiness. Service Quality Staff were friendly and attentive despite being busy. Food refill speed was impressively fast and ensuring stations stayed stocked. Hygiene Standards A noticeable downside was that dishes often had water on them which felt unhygienic. Overall You’ll likely need to queue for the first round and some guests will pile up large portions. Fortunately, the staff replenish food quickly, so availability isn’t a major issue.
