まずは店の前のマーケットで食材調達。割り引きしてもらえ！と事前に言われていましたが、高い！とも思わなかったので、言い値で買ってしまいました。 小さい蟹×1、普通サイズの海老×300g、イカ×1、アサリ×？（袋1杯）で350バーツほど。 それを持ってムックマニーへ。料理方法をメニューから選び、調理代で330バーツ。 マーケットは人だかりができていましたが、お店はキャパが大きく、待つことなく入店できました。とても美味しくいただきました。. We bought fresh seafood from Rawai Seafood Market and brought it to Mook Manee for cooking. Overall, it was a good and convenient experience. This is more of a local seafood cooking restaurant than a fancy dining spot. The setting is simple, but the food came out fairly quickly and the flavors were satisfying. We tried steamed fish, stir-fried crab with ginger and spring onion, garlic mantis shrimp, lobster, and some other seafood. The garlic mantis shrimp was my favorite — very aromatic and great with rice. The steamed fish was also well cooked and not dry. I would recommend confirming the cooking fee, cooking style, and spice level before ordering. Some dishes can be quite flavorful, so ask for less spicy or less salty if needed. A good choice if you want to experience buying your own seafood at Rawai Market and having it cooked nearby. Not a luxury restaurant, but practical, local, and enjoyable.
