I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share this experience. As a frequent traveler, I've dined at many restaurants around the world, including numerous Michelin-starred establishments. Unfortunately, my experience at Mora was one of the most disappointing. The service was exceptionally poor. One of the male staff members was particularly rude and dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. We actually felt stressed throughout the meal instead of being able to relax and enjoy the dining experience. While some of the dishes had their merits, the overall dining experience was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional service. I also found it strange that the restaurant didn't present us with either a food menu or a wine list. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would have expected both to be offered proactively. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I've had at a Michelin-starred restaurant. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, as hospitality should be an essential part of the dining experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced; this is certainly not the standard of hospitality we aim to provide. The miscommunication with our service team highlights a current gap in our internal training and procedures regarding our policy for infants and children under six years old. To share some context, due to the structural layout and limited size of our dining room and kitchen, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate infants or children under six years old, as noted in our booking system. We are deeply sorry that this policy was not communicated to you with the clarity and care it required. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better circumstances in the future.

We chose Mora for our birthday celebration dinner this year, arriving with high expectations and curiosity about its soy-themed cuisine. The dishes impressed us with their delicacy and refined execution, offering a unique take on soy-based ingredients. However, the variety felt somewhat limited, which made the overall experience less exciting than anticipated. While the meal was enjoyable, it did not fully justify the higher price point or leave a lasting impression. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
