Opening hours are 8am to 5pm daily. They have counter and wall side seating only so expected cramped seating. It can be hot eating indoors this time of year as well. There are a couple informal small tables onside on the pavement but that is it! Take-away orders are possible if they are full up and you simply want to order and take your orders back home.
Baked has been around for a few years now but for one reason or another we only recently managed to give them a try for the first time. Our breakfast was really, really good! The baked eggs on brioche were fantastic. Huge portion, eggs had a bit of chili to give them a tiny kick! topped with thick bacon strips, this was great. The Hipsters Say Hello was similarly very good. Avocado was not ripe but the rest of the ingredients were fresh, flavourful. Served with a fried egg on thick sourdough, this was another very good brekkie.
Coffee orders with breakfast were just fine. Liked our meal so much we ordered one of their huge cinnamon rolls as take-away to enjoy at home. Topped with a cardamon flavoured icing with bits of pistachio, this was boxed well for transportation. We had to heat and prepare all at home which was easy! Importantly, the cinnamon roll was as good as the cooked breakfasts enjoyed earlier in the day at Baked.
Overall, really enjoyed our recent breakfast at Baked. This was a great meal and one that we are eager to repeat in the near future.
