(6/10) It arrives generously sauced with al dente pasta. Despite a delicate cheese filling and two lobster pieces on top, the ravioli lacks depths and their muted flavor profile leave room for refinement. . - (8/10) It is a carnivore’s dream. The expertly grilled, marbled cut reveals a perfectly pink tender flesh with medium-rare precision, delivering a robust flavor profile enhanced by truffle au jus and caramelized roasted shallots. Complemented by indulgent sides creamy spinach and truffled cream corn, the steak solidifies Morton’s reputation as a premier steakhouse that sets a high standard for steak preparation. ’ (7/10) The cake boasts a gooey rich chocolate center that avoids overwhelming sweetness, complemented by tart raspberry and creamy vanilla ice cream which further reduced the sweetness.
