予約してから1ヶ月待って噂のHenryへ。突き出しのハム、タルタル、ステーキ全部美味しかったです。店内の雰囲気も素敵でした。

Had a really enjoyable dinner at Henry in Rosewood. The food was excellent—standouts for me were the steak tartare, crab cake, lobster bisque, and the tenderloin steak, all cooked and presented beautifully. The desserts were a highlight too; both the cheesecake and profiterole were absolutely delicious and a perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere is stylish and lively, though it did feel a bit crowded and the noise level was on the louder side. Service was decent overall, but for a high-end restaurant at Rosewood, I felt it could have been a touch more attentive. Still, the combination of great food and vibrant setting makes Henry worth a visit if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Solid 4.5 rating, we had the HSBC tasing menu. First the beef tartare texture was on point, not too chunky that the tendon ruins the texture but also not too fine that you don’t get any texture and just becomes mushy like tuna in a can. Next the crab cake was stuffed with crab meat, but the flavors was a bit bland for my liking. The lobster soup tasted great but had better elsewhere. Lastly the steak was a bit of a letdown, it didn’t have a nice charred crust but was cooks perfectly medium rare as ordered. The food was generally above average but neither were they mind blowing that would made me revisit Price per person: $500+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
