An evening at Moulin was a beautiful expression of French culinary artistry interpreted through the lens of Korea’s exceptional produce. Every course showcased meticulous technique, balancing elegance and precision while celebrating predominantly local Korean ingredients, thoughtfully complemented by carefully selected international elements. The result was a dining experience that felt both distinctly Korean and unmistakably French. From the refined presentation to the harmonious flavours and impeccable service, Moulin delivered a journey that honoured terroir, seasonality, and craftsmanship in every detail. Had such a great meal at Moulin. We loved the oyster dish and the mains. The chicken and lamb was cooked to perfection. The chocolate bark dessert was my favourite though. Rich, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet — with great texture and just the right amount of crunch. It felt playful but still really refined. The chef and the manager were really sweet and attentive. We’d 100% go back. Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing! My wife and I go to Paris twice a year and we love French cuisine, hence why we have high standards. Rarely does a French restaurant outside of Paris exceed our expectations! The Chef here at Moulin is a Master of French Cuisine! She exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Throughout the menu there was Creativity and a balance of wonderful flavors! If I had to use one word to generalize her style, it would be : Umami! Which in my opinion is extremely difficult master and balance! The service here is extremely professional and friendly! And we love the ambience, its small but cozy and still very chic and elegant! Bravo! Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
