10/4/2026: Ordered an Iced Soya Milk (25%), but it was served without ice. When I clarified, the auntie remade it but scolded me, saying “以后你要冰要讲加冰!!” I had already clearly said ICED, and if I wanted it without ice, I would have asked for COLD soya milk. There’s a clear difference between the two. This isn’t about a small mistake, it’s about the attitude. Hoping the management can better brief or train staff, especially the older auntie, on both product understanding and customer service.

I visited Mr Bean at Yew Tee Point and got the buy-one-get-one-free deal. Great value, and the soy milk was fresh and smooth.
