Regrettable, but the food quality dropped drastically after the change of proprietor, and I am not even commenting about the price. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

This is the second time I visited this stall Mr Western at Punggol Plaza Kofu foodcourt. I took the chicken cutlet previously and surprisingly was good! The outside layer of the chicken cutlet was crispy and the meat was so juicy and tender. This time I tried their salted egg fish & chip. It was as good! You can really see a decent piece of fish meat in between the crispy breaded flour and the meat is so soft. Generous portion too!! One of the best western food I have eaten in the foodcourt so far. Meal type: Lunch
