Wife was keen after seeing all their Michelin signs, so we got a bowl to try but ended up rather disappointed. The curry was slightly spicy, but also very one-dimensional tastewise. There were a few pieces of chicken, and the potato tasted floury. The three crispy pieces were nice. Slightly on the expensive side. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Not sure what the hype about this place. Ordered the curry Ramen with ngoh hiang. What came was soggy noodles, 2 large cut potatoes and couple pieces of tau pok. And 3 miserable pieces of ngoh hiang. That's it! From price point, $8.90 a bowl?!? Giving it a wide miss!!! Food: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Open daily from 10am to 10pm. Eagerly anticipating another year of the Michelin Bib Gourmand—persisting! 2026! Will the Tampines branch of Na Na Homemade Curry (new outlet) capture the hearts of food enthusiasts? On December 18, 2025, I had the chance to enjoy their signature dish at NaNa Homemade Curry, located at Kopitiam in Tampines Mall. This Nana homemade curry is well known for continuously earning the Michelin Bib Gourmand, following the recognition of their Bukit Merah location. This honour increased my excitement to try their cuisine. Based on my experience with local cuisine, I've realized that long lines or prominent Gourmand stickers on displays don't necessarily ensure a satisfying meal. Some outlets displaying this symbol may not meet customer expectations. Hence, all these outlets should strive for consistency! I've also heard feedback indicating that some have received negative reviews, which leaves me somewhat confused. While dining with my family at NaNa Homemade Curry, I found the curry to be hearty—mildly seasoned with a tempting aroma. The menu is neatly arranged alphabetically and features large photos. Just let the staff know which chicken curry set you'd like! We chose the Chicken Curry Set, which came with two French baguettes, a roti prata, and another curry set accompanied by rainbow steamed bread. The curry was traditional, rich in flavour, with a pleasing spicy kick, and the chicken portion was notably generous. Additionally, we tried the Peranakan Chicken Wings, which were crispy and flavourful. Please ensure you reserve a seat prior to placing your order. Footnote: Na Na Homemade Curry is a well-known Singaporean hawker brand famed for its tasty Peranakan-style chicken curry with potatoes. It has received multiple Michelin Bib Gourmand awards for its combination of quality and affordability. Established in 1989, NaNa offers delicious, budget-friendly meals at locations such as Tampines Mall, Republic VivoCity, and Jewel Changi Airport, serving tender chicken in a savory gravy.
