my opinion on naked finn -kangkong aalad abit too cold for any flavours to come through -kangkong salad is below average and my expectations still, with a subtle taste of calamansi -didnt think the kangkong was fresh and somehow tasted saltiness when main element was sourness -service is awesome, they explain every dish that comes, table and service was very good and also presentation of food, waiter was very friendly -cold beehoon was also quite cold, dont know if its my tastebuds but flavour is not too big but also not too small, liked the ebi crunch on top -loved that i can taste that subtle sweetness of the beehoon -squid pancake was packed with umami, crispy and a bit of a bitterness at the back and can taste the burnt taste (a good one) -inside the pancake is soft and fluffy with a crisp exterior and sides are light and also crispy -claypot rice had very little crispy rice but the immaculate flaky fish made up for it with its crispy exterior in salty fish inside -loved that they used japanese rice -no complaints except wishing it was bigger portion overall, my experience was good enough but not that good at the same time, i wouldn’t recommend to come unless you really want the food here because i think the food has great potential but just not there yet. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
