Food is usually great and delicious. However, when i ordered takeaway today the tom yum to coconut ratio in my soup was horrible. The soup straight up tasted like coconut milk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Dropped by quite close to closing time and was informed that payment had to be made upfront, which was understandable given the timing. Food was served quickly and overall the taste, portion sizes and pricing were decent. Most of the dishes were enjoyable and reasonably priced, so no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, one of the dishes came with a strand of hair embedded in the food, which was disappointing, especially since we only noticed it after we were already halfway through the meal. To their credit, the staff handled the situation professionally and offered a refund immediately. The only other thing that stood out was that while we were still eating, the staff had already started moving tables and preparing to close the shop. Nobody rushed us or asked us to leave, but it did make us feel a little pressured to finish up. It felt like although the official closing time was 9.30pm, closing procedures had effectively started around 9pm. That said, the staff were friendly and polite throughout, and the food itself was tasty. Despite the hiccup with the hair and the slightly rushed atmosphere near closing, I'd still be willing to come back again. My suggestion would be to avoid coming too close to closing time if you want a more relaxed dining experience. Hopefully no hair in the food next time!
