冷麺を注文。 注文して1分も経たないくらいで着丼。 食べようと箸を入れたところ麺が固まっていてほぐしにくく、配膳の速さからも作り置きを疑います。 なんとかほぐして食べ始めたところ、なんだこれ！！！まずい！！！！ 冷水に麺を入れただけという印象でした。 韓国のご飯はどこ行っても美味しいね〜と言っていた矢先だったのでとてもショックでした。 価格も前日に食べた冷麺より高く、とても落胆したのを覚えています。 冷麺以外のものを食べていないので何とも言えませんがコレだけは言えます。 冷麺は絶対に食べない方がいいです本当に。. Nampo Myeonok is a Pyongyang Naengmyeon restaurant with a tradition of over 50 years that has been selected for the Michelin Guide for 8 consecutive years from 2017 to 2024. It is located a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Euljiro 1-ga Station. Nampo Myeonok‘s Pyongyang Naengmyeon is a clear broth with noodles, topped with pears, meat, and eggs. The harmony of the mild broth with a meaty flavor and the chewy noodles is excellent. However, since the taste is definitely divisive, it may be a very tasteless dish for Pyongyang Naengmyeon beginners, so be careful. It may be a really tasteless dish for foreigners in particular. Hanwoo Bulgogi is made with Hanwoo beef and mushrooms as the main ingredients, and the seasoning itself is not strong or sweet, and the deep flavor of the Hanwoo itself is present, and the Hanwoo Bulgogi broth is especially delicious.
