バンタオビーチに隣接したリゾートホテルです。ちょうどプーケット国際空港とパトンビーチの間くらいで空港から車で30分くらいです。ホテルはフロントから入り、奥に進むと広いプールがあり、さらに奥にはビーチと隣接しています。ホテルの目の前にはスーパーマーケットもあり、少ないながら周囲にはレストランもあり、立地は素晴らしい。ホテルは少し古さは感じるものの、総じて綺麗で、客室も広めです。パトンビーチより人も少なめでゆっくり滞在できる良いホテルでした。

誰もが楽しめるホテル” 2026年4月 2泊　部屋：Pool Access Pool View このホテルは誰もが楽しめるとても良いホテルだと思いました。朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で美味しく、プールや海も満喫できました。滞在中、Wi-Fiがやや不安定だったことや、シャワーの温水、外部とシャワー室が繋がるドアの鍵について少し気になる点がありましたが、今後改善されることを期待しています。全体としては快適に過ごせるホテルでした。

A very disappointing stay despite having amazing staff On arrival at Arinara Beach Resort Phuket, I was greeted by Pete, a lovely young man who took the time to explain the hotel rules and facilities. The staff throughout our stay were genuinely amazing, kind, caring, friendly and helpful. They are definitely one of the best things about this hotel. If I were to open a business in Phuket, I would honestly love to have staff just like the people who welcomed and looked after my family at Arinara. They were a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the way the hotel’s refurbishment was managed. One thing that immediately surprised me on arrival was being asked for a 10,000 baht deposit. This was not mentioned anywhere in my booking, and I feel guests should be clearly informed about this before arriving. I was also surprised by the price of water. A 1.5-litre bottle costs 45 baht at the hotel, while there is a minimart just outside selling the same size for around 10 baht. Our room was okay but very dated. Unfortunately, noise from other guests was far too much. For the first two days we could barely sleep. We complained, and the hotel did send security to deal with the noise, which we appreciated. However, there was also a wedding during our stay, and the wedding guests made noise throughout the night. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The room was cleaned every day, which was good, but if you want the bed linen changed, you have to specifically request it. We stayed for 12 nights and had to ask for this ourselves. The biggest problem, however, was the refurbishment and building work. There was construction noise and disruption around the hotel, including cutting, grinding and smoke/fumes near the rooms and pool areas. The swimming pools were closed, and there was very little going on around the hotel because of the works. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we had specifically been assured before travelling that the refurbishment would not cause noise or disturbance. This was simply not our experience. The works became so unpleasant that my daughter became sick after being exposed to the strong smell, smoke and fumes from the cutting and grinding. This was extremely upsetting for us as a family. We travelled for more than 27 hours to reach Thailand because we wanted a relaxing family holiday. Instead, we felt like we were staying on a building site. I was taking paracetamol every day because of the headaches and discomfort caused by the constant noise and disruption. I am genuinely sorry that we chose this hotel because the situation could have been very different if the refurbishment had been properly communicated before booking. I want to stress again that the staff themselves were wonderful. They were kind, caring and always tried to help us when we raised issues. My disappointment is not with the employees working at the resort; it is with the decisions and communication from the management/head office regarding the refurbishment and the impact it had on paying guests. The staff deserve 5 stars. The refurbishment and the way it was handled do not. I sincerely hope that once all the building work is finished, Arinara can return to being the beautiful and relaxing resort it has the potential to be. With such lovely staff, it certainly has the foundations to provide a fantastic holiday.
