A Focus on Freshness What immediately distinguishes Neo from the bigger players is the palpable freshness of its ingredients. The presentation, featuring meticulously arranged vegetables and raw components , suggests that the food is prepared with care and a human touch, contrasting sharply with the industrialized feel of centrally churned products elsewhere. The meatballs and wontons feel like they were prepared in-house, not shipped in a container. The Experience and Service The restaurant successfully caters to all palates with a wide variety of soup bases and sauces, ensuring every diner can find their perfect combination. The overall dining environment is clean, and the service consistently meets standard expectations. While Neo may operate mostly in community malls, its quality is top-tier. I have absolutely nothing to complain about; it provides a superior, authentic shabu experience that is difficult to find among the mass-market brands.
