Picked up another order today, paid almost $1000 and they have the audacity to charge for a paper bag. The bag could be free advertising for them and yet they expect the customers to pay for that too. This will be my last Nespresso order. Time to boycott these greedy corporate crooks

This Nespresso shop sucks! I have been visiting this shops to ask for handling a complaint of their customer and delivery services since October 2024 but in vain. The shop manager Venus and the sales Ki kept shifting their responsibility to their hotline which is totally uncontactable! And they neglect the customers' requests and refuse to handle my complaints against their negligence and malpractice on the order made at this IFC Shop! If the head office of Nespresso is not handling the complaint, I will definitely take legal action against Nespresso!
