Review of New Rong Liang Ge (Opposite Bugis Plus Mall) New Rong Liang Ge is a true haven for roast meat lovers. Their Roast Duck, Char Siew (honey roast pork), and Roast Pork are among the best in town — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly roasted to perfection. In addition to these classics, the shop also offers less common roasted Chinese sausages, which have gained popularity among meat enthusiasts. It’s no surprise that the shop draws a hungry crowd, with people queuing up to secure their favorite roasts. If you’re around the area, this is one spot you definitely shouldn’t miss! Honestly I would think it would work better if you buy a whole duck and add other roasters along with it. I always go for a 3 meats set consisting of roast duck char Siew and roast pork. It all works out perfectly well for me however I felt it was coated with too much sauce and they always seem to combine with less roast duck.
