Opened in February 2025, Niwa Sushi draws its name from the Japanese word for "garden”. Set in a space with high ceilings, the restaurant offers a minimalist, airy ambiance that reflects its philosophy of simplicity and craftsmanship. Each dish is crafted to elevate the natural essence of the finest Japanese ingredients. We started with the Monkfish Liver Wafer, which offered a wonderful contrast of textures, crisp on the outside, followed by a rich, creamy centre. The sushi course was outstanding. The Akami had a beautiful deep red colour and rich flavour, and the Botan Shrimp was incredibly creamy and sweet. Each piece was simple yet refined, allowing the quality of the fish to speak for itself. Niwa 壽司於 2025 年 2 月開業，店名「Niwa」在日文中意為「庭園」。餐廳樓底極高，空間感十足，營造出簡約雅緻的氛圍。每道菜都以日本頂級食材為核心，融合創新與優雅，旨在提升食材的純粹風味。 前菜嘅鮟鱇魚乾先脆後 creamy，層次豐富。茶碗蒸加入咗帆立貝同瀨尿蝦，鮮味十足。壽司方面，赤身肥美，而牡丹蝦超 creamy，令人回味無窮。一場極致講究嘅 Omakase 體驗 ️ Tsubaki Dinner Omakase (椿 Omakase) HKD 1,580/pp. House Sake (300 ml) HKD 380 Follow @greatfood_grateful for more food and travel inspiration. Food quality is quite good at this price point, but i found the sea urchin quality not as decent. Bonus point on the Vibe/ decor! This is now one of our future to go sushi place. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+
