色々食べましたがどれも美味しかったです。 名物(？)の濃いめのハイボール片手に居酒屋メシを堪能出来ます。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I’ve walked past Nobu-ya / Nob’s Kitchen & Sake Bar at Fortune Centre many times, but usually my husband and I would end up at one of the vegetarian spots in the building. Anyways, my girlfriend and I were planning dinner for yesterday and she suggested Fortune Centre. So I looked for non-vegetarian restaurants and found Nobu-ya. The Service -- I want to address the 'poor service' complaints in other reviews first: the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, earnest, and impressively attentive even as the crowd grew. Huge kudos to the boys working the floor yesterday (Monday, May 11) - you guys did a great job! Drinks & Food -- - Sapporo Black: Served ice-cold and hit the spot. - Yuzu Highball: A hit with my dining partner. - Tako Age (Octopus): The highlight! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and moist inside with just the right 'bite.' - Kaki Fry (Oysters): Best eaten hot; beautifully creamy and briny. - Asari Butter (Clams): Savory and delicious—definitely worth ordering again. - Tori Karaage & Edamame: Both were 'addictively' good. - Ebi Tempura: Good, though the seasoning could have been a bit more aggressive. - Gohan: Standard steamed rice with furikake. Overall -- I will highly recommended this izakaya if you are looking for a close to authentic izakaya experience.Great food, cold drinks, and much better service than the rumors suggest! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
