BTSアソーク駅に近く街中への移動が簡単かつ周囲にショッピングやレストラン、バーも多く楽しく過ごせます。その一方でスクムビット通りから入ってらので静かです。ホテルは清潔かつ快適かつ大型スーツケース2個広げても余裕あるスペースです。またスカイバーもありバンコクらしさも楽しめます。スタッフ（特にフロントとベルボーイ）は常に笑顔と挨拶を欠かさず、一歩先を見据えた提案をしてもらえます。あと、チェックアウト後にシャワー使わせてもらえたのは、とてもありがたいです。 IHGメンバーですが、またリピートする可能性大です

清潔なホテル。このホテルは良かったです。部屋は特段広いわけではなかったが、1人で過ごすには申し分ない広さ。昼間は外にいるし、部屋で長時間過ごすことも無かったので十分だった。朝食もなかなか美味しかった。立地は良く、少し歩けば食べる所も多い。 7階のプールも良かった。

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Khun Pichy at Reception, who was extremely helpful during check-in. The process was quick and seamless, and she kindly recommended a great noodle restaurant which we really enjoyed. I would also like to thank Khun Natty for helping to arrange a breakfast box for our family. It was very convenient and thoughtfully prepared. The pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We truly appreciate it and will definitely come back again.
