I had ordered NK for 1-2 years and along with PT weight training lost around 10kg and able to maintain it easily. NK does give a very convenient, healthy value proposition to me and allow me to work my busy hours yet eat healthily without worry for the next meal and whether I would gain weight. Their meals have good variety, there are some which are very tasty - shoutout to the Char Siu fried rice, meatball pasta, tandoori Salmon, naked cheese burger. There are some that misses the mark but as long as you select per your taste you're golden. I enjoy their timely early delivery in the morning, and with the heat in HK I do supplement an ice box for them to put the food in so never had issue. All in all if you're looking for a convenient, healthier lifestyle with routine, this is a good go-to and starting point! Thanks NK, for being part of my journey.

I love the food to be honest, the fish especially is spot on every time ! so I will turn to NK whenever I need the convenience of not having to count calories. With that said, have to echo other people’s sentiment about the two main issues, which is price and delivery time. I don’t have a microwave so heating up food is an issue without overcooking delicate meats on the stove. Maybe once or twice I have mild tummy discomfort because the food has sat out for 3 hours since 5:30am before I can grab it. Maybe you can say it’s my fault but that is just my reality so I hope this is something NK can find a solution for in the future, which will make the price genuinely worth it for me. I've been a happy customer for about four months now. Let me tell you, their meals are absolutely delicious and packed with nutrients! As a fan of vegetarian meals, I can confidently say that their vegetarian options are full of flavor. I also love their Asian-style dishes, they taste amazing as well. On top of all that, their customer support is fantastic. I've reached out a few times, and they’ve always been very helpful and friendly. I recommend Nutrition Kitchen.
