The band that was playing, left an hour before the closing time of the restaurant, which is a shame. We ordered the wagyu tomahawk steak at 1 KG and then the waitress came afterwards saying they didn’t have any, then she told us they had the 1.5 KG available, afterwards she came back and told us that now only the 1.6 KG is available, what kind of steakhouse does this? Priced at 200 USD with only two sides to choose from, we got the fries which were basic and the mashed potatoes also mediocre with very little quantity regarding the pricing. We ordered ketchup and ended up not getting any. Very poor customer care from the waiting team. This is our first and last visit to this restaurant. This is a high end steakhouse restaurant this is how you treat your paying customers? Only thing good about it was the steak, otherwise overall the experience was very underwhelming.
