I ordered 7 kimbap for takeaway through the online system. When I came to pick up my food, I simply asked the staff to indicate which one was the meatless kimbap. To my surprise, your staff replied, ‘You should tell me earlier’!! I was like: ???? Honestly, is that acceptable? It’s just common sense to label or indicate which item is meatless, especially when multiple kimbap are ordered. A simple note would have solved everything. I’m really disappointed with this attitude. As customers, we don’t expect to be spoken to like that. I hope the restaurant can improve its service and basic communication. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+

Thumbs up to the service from the shop assistant who kept following up with her team to resolve my membership voucher redemption issue. She was so kind to call her team and help me redeem the voucher while I was in the shop :) She is genuinely kind in helping customers resolve their issues and ensuring they have a happy dining experience! I used to frequent them a lot, and was a huge fan. After yesterday’s visit - i regret that i will not be patronizing them anymore. Fish cake soup was cut and served w a super peppery soup that tasted more chinese than korean? Gimbap rice didn’t taste fresh… my friend ordered eggless also mentioned the same. Japchae had too much herbs, i felt i was eating pasta instead of japchae. Idk man i rather pay more for japchae I understand maybe taste orchard having some issues legally and cost cutting measures may have been implemented, but this is too much.. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
