Very disappointing experience at Beer O’Clock. The promotion advertised $3 beer at 3pm and $4 beer at 4pm, but when I tried to order at 3pm, I was told the outlet was “closed” from 3pm to 5pm and they refused to serve me. What made the experience worse was that when I returned shortly after, I saw them serving other new customers. If the promotion is unavailable or there are restrictions, be transparent and honest about it instead of giving inconsistent explanations. Promotions are meant to attract customers, but integrity and fair treatment matter even more. This experience left a very poor impression and felt misleading and unfair. Service: 1

1664 draft beer not cold(need to ask for ice cubes), high ball tasted like soda only and finger food (chicken karage and crispy pork) is disappointing. No Aircon in indoor seating..... Hope they will review and improve. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $40–50

Our department had the opportunity to host a small team lunch at Offbeat by Coq & Balls in June 2024. Cassandra was immensely helpful in arranging a curated menu based on our budget, helping with reservation and confirmation, and also on the day itself with ensuring fast service and takeaways were handled expeditiously. Not to forget, the food was all well prepared using good quality ingredients and the serving portions were well above expectations considering the price. All in all a pleasant place to have an internal corporate lunch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50
