Old Amoy Chendol wins it for me Freshly made silky-smooth cendol a simple reason why it tastes better than Nyonya Chendol for me. Smooth cendol makes all the difference. #OldAmoyChendol #ChendolLovers #LocalDesserts

I love the texture and rich pandan flavour of the chendol strips. Coupled with the red beans, thick coconut milk ( almost cream) and palm sugar syrup, atop of the shaved ice, the chendol was very delicious. At dollars 2.80 a bowl, I think it is good value for all the satisfaction I got : ))) The lady who served us was very diligent, cleaning the table where we were seated and also ensuring that my takeaway order was packed with an extra small container of the syrup, just in case I regret my decision (lol) as I had asked to halve the portion of syrup in the chendol. Will definitely come back again
