We had fruit shakes, both freshly prepared from fruit and crushed ice. The sweetness was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, just right. They also serve hot and cold coffee specialties made from freshly ground beans (not instant coffee like you often find in Thailand). It’s essentially a street stall, but you have the option to enjoy your drink inside. The house itself is about 70 years old and entirely made of wood. It used to be a restaurant in the past, and you can truly feel a sense of history there. The café is run by a kind elderly gentleman, which adds to its charm. If you’d like to experience a little bit of old Koh Lanta and enjoy a peaceful break away from the heat and busy streets, this is the perfect place to stop. Found this hidden gem in Soi Saladan, just before the pier! The atmosphere is so peaceful and chill—perfect for relaxing. The coffee is great, and their fruit smoothies are super refreshing.
