This is my first time at one rai restaurant and I loved it so much especially the aloo curry with some chilli paratha on side and Chef Arman also came to greet us at the table as well. We had the pleasure of dining at One Rai at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The food is absolutely amazing — every dish is crafted with incredible attention to detail and uses ingredients of the highest quality. In fact, the Indian food served here is better than most of the Indian food we’ve had in India itself. The flavours are refined, balanced and authentic, yet elevated in a way that feels special and luxurious. The ambience is just as impressive. The setting is elegant and serene, with subtle Indian instrumental music playing softly in the background. It adds a beautiful sense of calmness and enhances the overall dining experience without being overpowering. If you are in Koh Samui and appreciate exceptional Indian cuisine, One Rai is an absolute must-visit. A truly memorable evening in every way. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
