“Madam Soo was very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack my burger, and when I told her, she kindly helped to pack it for me. She was courteous, kind, and professional. The burger was also very good. Great job, Madam Soo, and thank you for the excellent service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really love Ordinary Burgers. It's always a great food experience whether I’m dining in or taking away. The burgers are super scrumptious, and their nuggets and fries have such a nice crisp to them & it's almost like a Mc*D dupe. Definitely something I’d recommend everyone to try. I do wish they had more outlets, especially in the East or CBD area, because I feel like they could really go far with the quality and flavour they offer. For service and atmosphere, I’ve always dined at the Kent Ridge outlet, and the staff there are consistently friendly and bubbly. Always great service and a pleasant experience.
