The drinks did not arrive after more than 15 min of ordering. I asked a male waiter with eye glasses and he impolitely said ok ok and left. 餐飲 落單15分鐘後都到。我請一個戴眼鏡男侍應去查一查。佢好無禮貌地講 「 得啦」就走了。

This is a complaint for the delivery service received via Food Panda a couple of weeks ago. I have written to Food Panda twice to complain but have yet to hear back. I ordered a Quinoa & Roasted Vegetable Salad costing HKD 128 (not including the delivery fee) and received 98% lettuce, 2 small slices of bell pepper and a few crumbs of cauliflower. The quinoa portion was fine but the roasted vegetables were basically non-existent (see images below of the quantity of roasted vegetables once most of the salad leaves were set aside). I don't know if the portion size is this disappointing for guests dining at the restaurant, but the salad I received should not have cost more than HKD 50...
