Been to City Square Mall outlet many times and always ordered the same dish - Lala Bee Hoon. On CNY eve, I ordered the same for me and my son. Price increase from $12 to $14. I can accept the price increase but I cannot accept the portion reduced to half! I cannot accept a $14 Lala Bee Hoon only has 6pcs of lala. I have feedback to the manage on duty. hope WM review this internally. Will go back soon and if there's no improvement, am not going back anymore.

My 1st time at Wok Master. Went with 2 friends. 2 ladies and a young man. My girlfriend said she has 50% discount so we placed our order the staff ( supposedly to be the restaurant manager / supervisor) didn’t even informed us that the amount of food we ordered is way too much for 3 pax. Eventually we only sample but of each dishes. So I asked to takeaways the food but was told for 50% discount it is NOT allowed to pack. I can understand but my question to the Management is shouldn’t your staff knowingly that we cannot’taobao’ inform customers that they are over ordering ???? It’s the basis customer service to prep your customers isn’t it???

Hi Pamela, Sorry for your unpleasant experience. Thank you for your understanding regarding the takeover policy enforced upon us by the discount platform. We will speak to our team on how we should advise our customer with regards to portion being ordered. We seek to improve on this.
