The surprise box from the PAUL outlet at Jewel Changi Airport turned out to be surprisingly good, especially the fresh cream items eaten on the same night. Both the strawberry mille-feuille and strawberry éclair fraise tasted fresh, and the pastry layers were noticeably crispier and fresher than the stale one I previously bought from the Takashimaya outlet. The savoury cheese sandwich and the other pastries including the chocolate danish, pain au chocolat, and apple strudel, which we reheated the next morning still held up pretty well. The pastries retained good texture and taste. After this experience, we would be willing to give the other outlets another go. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I had an exceptional experience at PAUL at Jewel, and I would like to commend Ibrahim, the Outlet Manager, for his outstanding customer service and remarkable hospitality. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set the standard for excellent service. I would also like to acknowledge Yeong Jie and the entire team for their friendly attitude, seamless support, and dedication to delivering a wonderful dining experience. Their teamwork and positive energy make every visit a pleasure. I am truly grateful to everyone at PAUL Jewel for creating such a warm and memorable experience.
