Always a wonderful experience. The food is good, we often eat the prawn and scallop pasta, and the beef steak with fries. Service by Joshua spurred me to upload my review - the young man is of a different spirit. Noticing me cough, he offered me a glass of water. A nice gesture often only experienced at a more upmarket establishment.

One of the few restaurants in Jewel that were opened early in the morning. Ambience and service were pleasant. Unfortunately, food and drink quality were very poor, and were too basic considering the price. The biggest disappointments were the coffee and bread. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had an exceptional experience at PAUL at Jewel, and I would like to commend Ibrahim, the Outlet Manager, for his outstanding customer service and remarkable hospitality. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set the standard for excellent service. I would also like to acknowledge Yeong Jie and the entire team for their friendly attitude, seamless support, and dedication to delivering a wonderful dining experience. Their teamwork and positive energy make every visit a pleasure. I am truly grateful to everyone at PAUL Jewel for creating such a warm and memorable experience.
