One whiff of the grilled chicken and I already knew this meal was going to disappear fast The Vietnamese-style grilled chicken arrived sizzling with that smoky roasted aroma filling the whole table. The skin was roasted to the perfect golden crisp — that first “CRUNCH” sound before the juicy meat burst out honestly unforgettable Every bite was packed with flavour, especially dipped into the sauce What made it even better? The side of Vietnamese pickled radish, fresh cucumber, and lettuce The sweet-and-tangy crunch balanced out the richness so well that finishing half a chicken alone suddenly felt way too easy And then came the Baguette platter Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, stuffed with fragrant lemongrass pork, pickled veggies, fresh herbs, and topped with fluffy pork floss The pork was smoky and juicy, while the pâté and mayo added that extra savoury richness. Pho Home in Mong Kok is a solid Vietnamese comfort food spot. We ordered drip coffee, coconut sago, mixed rare/well-done beef rice noodles, beef pho, soft-shell crab, and shrimp cake.
