We had brunch at PS.Cafe Harding Road and loved the experience. The cafe is a hidden gem and has a beautiful, romantic ambiance with a perfect blend of nature and a lovely view of the hill outside. It’s a great spot if you want a relaxed, scenic escape. Our experience here was made memorable by our server, Toni. They provided excellent, lively service and went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely taken care of and relaxed. The food was excellent and has perfect flavor balance. The Seared Barramundi was perfectly cooked, featuring a beautiful contrast of soft, flavorful meat and a wonderfully crispy seared skin. It was served over spiced vegetable rice with a green curry broth that struck the ultimate balance of creamy, spicy, sweet, and sour notes. The Crab and Prawn Laksa has an incredibly generous serving that is absolutely perfect for brunch. The broth had a rich, creamy coconut base with a great kick of spice. The crab and prawns were generously mixed throughout, and the eggs were cooked just right. Even the coffee stood out. The cappuccino was great, and the Americano had a lovely, fruity profile reminiscent of premium highland coffee. We finished with the Chocolate Blackout Cake which was exceptionally moist and nailed the sweet-to-bitter ratio, definitely the highlight of our meal. Overall, every dish showcased a flawless balance of flavors. Combined with the stunning nature views and Toni’s top-tier service, this was a memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back!
