インドネシア料理のビュッフェやってました。チリソースはさすが私の好きなサンバルマタもありました。インドネシアのスープも身体優しい味がした。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $80–90

Value for money buffet with a good selection of dishes. The salmon and tuna sashimi were freshly cut upon order, which made them especially enjoyable. The Filipino dishes tasted quite authentic, and the lechon was one of the highlights for me. The snow crab was a slight disappointment as it did not seem very fresh, the flesh was dry and lacked flavour. Service was excellent throughout the meal. The staff were attentive, quick to clear used plates, and consistently ensured that our table remained clean whenever we returned with a new round of food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

The high ratings of this hotel buffet is no scam or coincidence. For starters, 4.4 stars (as of 21 Feb 2026) is very high for buffet, where food quality is often compromised for quantity and variety. Not at the orchard cafe. The variety is considerably higher, especially when compared to other similar priced buffets. The food quality is also great. Special mention to the grilled live stations. Room for improvement is the snow crab legs, where the texture of the legs is not very firm. In the comments below, you'll see specific mentions praising specific staff member. The restaurant doesnt offer benefits or perks in exchange for reviews. In other words, the service is genuine and good enough for many people to leave good reviews and praise for the staff. Special mention to Tina, who was very diligent and warm in ensuring that we got the food we wanted and following up with us without becoming disruptive or overbearing (I.e. good sense of space). During CNY, the restaurant also gave use a free pack of bak kwa to take home. I also saw staff members singing birthday song for persons having their birthdays without causing a ruckus. Overall, probably the best buffet experience I've had in Singapore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
