The pizza, cheese, and meatballs were all just as delicious as the reviews said. I especially loved the cheese on the pizza — it was outstanding. The person who baked the pizza not only cooked it perfectly but also handled various preparations and even served it to us. There were quite a few people in the back who didn’t seem to be doing much, and since we arrived before opening, the initial response felt a bit cold. However, the staff member who baked the pizza and another person who served us were both very kind, so overall I’d like to focus on the positive experience. The concept is clearly aimed at a wealthy clientele, so the prices are on the higher side, and there’s also a service charge. It can be surprising if you don’t know that beforehand, but once you understand the concept, it makes sense. For locals, the pricing makes it difficult to visit often, but I’d love to come back again for a special occasion. And still, I’m genuinely happy that the Niseko area now has several places where you can enjoy high‑quality pizza. This restaurant is definitely among the top five. ピザもチーズもミートボールも口コミ通りとってもおいしいです。ピザのチーズが私はとってもおいしかったです。ピザを焼く方がピザも焼いて周りも色々と準備してサーブまでしてくださいました。何もしていなさそうな人たちも奥にいっぱいいましたが、そしてオープン前に行ってしまって、結構冷たい感じの対応されましたが、ピザを焼いてくださった方のそしてもう1人のサービスの方の対応が良かったのでよかったこととしたいと思います。コンセプトがそもそも富裕層向けなので、価格は高めです。サービス料も取られます。驚きますが、事前にそれを知っていればそういうものだと理解できます。地元に住んでいる人には手が届きにくい料金なので、しょっちゅう行く事は難しいかもしれませんが、また何かお祝いのときには行きたいと思います。 それにしてもニセコエリアでクオリティーの高いピザを食べられる店が何軒もできている事はとてもうれしいです。この店はその中でもトップ５に入ると思います。. We had a wonderful dinner at PST Niseko! The pizzas were perfectly cooked in the wood-fired oven and easily rank among the best we’ve ever had. The meatballs, tiramisu, and ginger ale were superb too. Mamma Mia! We will definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Niseko! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
