I tried this place as the Google ratings were high, but such a great disappointment it was. Waited for over 30min and the food still did not get served. When I asked the staff after 20min, they said the kitchen had not received the order and asked me to wait another 10-15min. I waited and the food still did not come. The staff is totally clueless how to treat customers. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered on what is supposed to be a premium chicken place!!! I left after 40min, angry and hungry!

Visited Puradak Chicken Hong Kong recently and was impressed. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well seasoned, and it didn’t feel too oily. The environment was clean and the staff were polite. Overall a satisfying meal and worth trying if you enjoy Korean-style fried chicken. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
