All the mains I ordered were disappointing as the restaurant didn’t cook the frozen seafood properly, including an uncooked prawn. The pasta was not well cooked or far from al dente. The soup tasted like instant soup. Semi-buffet salad was average. The service was the worst. The waiter and waitress (possibly the manager) were quite rude and inexperienced, coupled with their own judgmental attitude towards me and my party. A lot of obvious serving details like giving sharing plates and new utensils had to be requested every single time. And every time we asked we were met with cold stares and rudeness. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

呢間平民區的餐廳不得了！太多驚喜了！ 觀塘區五星級美食 全晚在 @parallel_fusion 嘅嘢食除咗美味之外,每一碟嘅外表都好靚。簡直就係打卡都打到手軟。最特別的地方喺全晚主要食材，係全部冇重複。喺一個咁平民嘅地方食到一個咁高級嘅晚餐簡直就係超級驚喜。 一般黎講，如果你喺中環食差唔多質素晚餐大概都要2000幾一位啦，所以係哩個區食到咁嘅質素簡直就超值！ High standard dinner at a very local mall. The food at Parallel_Fusion was not only delicious but also very photogenic. Surprised one after another. There were no main ingredients repeated on the menu. Love it so much. totally worthy to go all the way to Kwung Tong.
