人形町にあるベーカリーカフェ。 おしゃれで落ち着いた店内で、各テーブルに花瓶が置かれているのが印象的でした。 今回は「リコッタチーズと季節のフルーツトースト」と本日のコーヒーを注文。 いちごの甘い香りに、軽やかなリコッタチーズ、ミントの爽やかさが合わさり、最後まで心地よく楽しめる一皿でした。 トーストの種類も豊富で、見た目も可愛らしく、選ぶ楽しさがあります。 人形町でゆっくりカフェタイムを過ごしたいときにおすすめです。. Parklet Bakery Nihonbashi has that polished, modern, slightly hippie vibe that instantly makes brunch feel like an experience instead of just a meal. The space feels warm and stylish in a way that makes you want to linger a little longer. I got the avocado toast and loved the artisan bread they used. It tasted like a sourdough or rye base — whatever it was, it had the same texture as the sourdough batard I’m used to in the States. Perfectly toasted, crunchy, and a great base for the toppings. The mix of avo with dukkah was new for me, but it added a really nice flavor that made the whole thing stand out. The yogurt fruit bowl with granola was just as good, and the granola felt like something they make in house with those big chunky clusters that aren’t overly sweet.
