Went there on a quiet weekday to chill. Passionate bartender and friendly owner. The place has very nice decor and the drinks are well made. Will definitely return! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service here is excellent! Carol was sooooo warm and friendly, got her recommended cocktail - Naughty Nebula (on the left), which was sooooo good and refreshing! Will definitely come back to visit for their next refresh on their signature cocktails Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Parliament gives off a classic American bar energy 100%, and in my quick opinion the most outstanding experience is definitely the staff's warmth and energy :) Warm, friendly and funny, one of their staff especially (so sorry I didn't catch your name) was more than the typical "customer service" vibe but was genuinely passionate and humourous going about his job which made the entire idea of being at bar even more fun. Deco and music was 100% in point, but whilst the food was good, it didn't really warrant the price tag and the selection wasn't extensive enough to make customers really order nibbles and bites to stay the night. In my humble opinion, if even more thought (I know you all might have already put in quite a bit of effort) can be put into the food menu along the lines of it not just being tasty but suitable for a whole night of snacking alongside your drinks, Parliament would be a perfect place to start and end the night with everyone tumbling down the stairs laughing.
