I was lucky enough to discover Parrotdise Farm in Hua Hin and I’m genuinely so impressed I had to share. Everything is clearly made with care and intention. The Greek yoghurt is honestly the best I’ve had since Greece—thick, rich, and full of flavour (the kind that actually stays on the spoon when you turn it upside down!). You can tell it’s properly made, not mass-produced. I also tried their ginger shots—super fresh, really potent, and clearly made from real ingredients. Even the honey stood out—light, floral, and completely different from what I’m used to, which made it delightful to eat. What I love most is the passion behind it. You can feel that this isn’t just food, it’s someone bringing their craft and standards to Hua Hin and elevating what’s available locally. If you’re in the area and appreciate high-quality, thoughtfully made food, it’s absolutely worth checking out. Places like this are what make living here so special.
