Parroty Cafe is easily one of the best healthy food spots in Koh Samui. The bowls are excellent, the tuna melt is delicious, and the drinks are also very good. You can add protein powder to smoothies or bowls, which is a great option after a workout. They also offer healthy ingredients such as MCT oil and blue spirulina. Everything feels fresh, nutritious, and well prepared. Definitely worth visiting if you are looking for tasty and healthy food on the island. Price per person: ฿600–800
