Terrible service at this Quarry Bay branch. The website did not state that Chinese characters were not supported on plaques and was only notified by staff upon arrival that they could not write Chinese. Then on the spot staff took over 20 minutes to write a short English name while leaving the cake box open and unrefrigerated. Very unprofessional experience — will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
