A beautiful little oasis in Mui Wo. The café is wonderfully designed and decorated with a lot of style and attention to detail, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food is good, as is the coffee, and we enjoyed coming back several times during our stay, especially for breakfast. It really is a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. The only small point for improvement would be the service, which could be a little better organised at times. On the other hand, this slightly relaxed and informal way of doing things may also be part of the café's charm. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our visits and would definitely recommend it. A very worthwhile place to stop in Mui Wo. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This is a very nice and high quality cafe in Mui Wo near the beach. I went to it for breakfast and had a very delicious avocado toast and poached egg breakfast with a excellent cup of coffee, flat white. I thought the food quality was really nice, the staff were attentive and very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. It's not the cheapest place in the village, but it is good value for money. I will certainly be going back on future visits. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $100–150

Pause Cafe is a hidden gem in Mui Wo, perfect for breakfast or brunch - I loved the salmon and poppy seed bagel! The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff make it ideal for working or unwinding after a hike. Plus, pets are welcome!
