Visited on 6 June 2026. We were so happy to see there was no queue and quickly placed our order, thinking we had gotten lucky. Unfortunately, we soon realized why. The restaurant was incredibly warm and stuffy. When we asked the staff, they informed us that the air-conditioning was having issues. While we understand that technical problems happen, it would have been nice if there had been a notice at the entrance or if customers had been informed before ordering, along with a simple apology. With dozens of hot plates cooking at the same time, the smoke and heat made the dining environment extremely uncomfortable. Almost every table around us was commenting on how hot it was. Honestly, if the air-conditioning was not working properly, the restaurant should have considered closing for the day or limiting dine-in service. It isn’t fair for paying customers to bear the consequences of an issue that is clearly beyond their control. The food might have been fine, but the dining experience completely overshadowed it. We ended up rushing through our meal just to get out. Lesson learned: we’ll definitely check the dining environment before ordering next time. Sadly, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
