ティラミス美味い20分くらい待つ。コーヒー普通︎フルーツティーの方がいい北海道ケーキ普通全体的に普通。スタバより落ち着く。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $100–150

Went to get a coffee with my whole family on Christmas Day, upon asking they charge HKD$72 for a cappuccino. Thinking that it was overpriced, we politely withdrew our order. The staff (male in green sweater) named Josh snappily said, “well go to a Starbucks instead,” insinuating that we cannot afford theirs. We confronted him and he kept saying that we have misunderstood him. Not sure if he is the manager, but at least 4 other staff, including a women in a suit (maybe the manager?) saw the whole conversation and said nothing, while some passerbys offered us support. Horrendous service ruining the happy vibes of Christmas Day. We understand that working on Christmas Day must be hard but this is outrageous, would not recommend this cafe. 聖誕節當天，我和家人經過pick coffee，問價後發現一杯cappuccino要$72。我們覺得太貴就禮貌地說不用了謝謝。穿著綠色毛衣的男店員Josh卻說：「那去星巴克吧，就在隔壁。」言下之意是我們喝不起他們的咖啡。我們上前質問他，他卻一直說我們誤會了。我不知道他是不是經理，但至少有四位其他店員，包括一位穿西裝的女士（也許是經理？），目睹了整個對話，卻什麼也沒說，而一些路人還過來安慰我們。糟糕的服務毀了聖誕節的歡樂氣氛。我們理解聖誕節工作肯定很辛苦，但這實在太過分了，絕對不會推薦這家咖啡館。 Service: 1
