Had a great experience with Pizza Hut recently. Their Tuesday and Wednesday promotion offering a Large Pizza for just $10 is honestly one of the best deals around right now. The pizza was freshly made, served hot, and the toppings were generous. Considering the portion size and quality, it’s excellent value for money, especially for families or anyone looking for an affordable meal. Service was smooth and the staff were friendly as well. In a time when food prices seem to keep increasing, it’s refreshing to see Pizza Hut offering such a worthwhile promotion. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good pizza deal without compromising on taste!

Ordered through the app at 6:22pm, app said delivery should be by 7pm. at 8:20 the food isn’t here yet, and the app shows that the delivery person hasn’t even collected the food and the store was still preparing the pizza, after 2 hours?? we called the pizza hut hotline, first lady to assist us can barely be heard over the phone, and told us rudely to check outside if it was already delivered. but surprise surprise, there was no pizza! she then said she will check with the outlet and call us back later. 15 minutes passed, and still no call. so we called back the hotline again. this time another nicer lady assisted us and told us that yes, the order was supposed to arrive by 7pm and that she will expedite the order and whatsapp the outlet. she also gave us the outlet number to check with them on our order status. we tried calling the outlet multiple times, no answer. honestly at this point we just cancelled our order and had to order other food because it’s been 2.5 hours, no food, no answer, nothing. just look at many other reviews, same thing. customers waiting HOURS for their food. if this is a recurring issue, why can’t pizza hut be bothered to rectify it? it just shows how much the business cares. no point in replying to every review similar to mine saying how much customer service matters but still have the same issue after months and years. “Hi (your name), we regret to hear of this unpleasant experience. Customer service is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your feedback and would like to assist you further. Thank you.” really same response to every review about them taking HOURS!! to prepare food. won’t be purchasing from pizza hut ever again. update: just received our order from foodpanda? delivery guy said there was only 2 people at the outlet. outlet should have close for orders and complete whatever they can first, instead of constantly taking orders they will never fulfil. this can be improved in many ways.
