I am a first time customer of Poke Theory and given the hefty prices they charge, the portions were really disappointing (not sure if it's a normal portion I received or I have been shortchanged). The salmon portion was especially pathetic. I only received about six small cubes, which is even less than what Stuffd serves in their salmon daily bowls. Poke Theory should learn a thing or two from competitors like Supergreen. Their meals are more reasonably priced and their bowls are filled to the brim, offering much better value for money. Nevertheless, the signature sushi rice was delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. Overall, the food quality was decent, but the portion size did not justify the price and I left feeling underwhelmed. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Brandon for his excellent customer service. I had accidentally made a mistake with my order and was feeling quite frustrated with myself. Hoping that something could be done, I approached the counter to ask if it was possible to amend my order. Brandon listened attentively to my concerns and immediately stepped in to help. He addressed the issue quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to help. A small act of kindness can make a big difference, and Brandon truly turned my day around. Not one to write reviews as I work in food and service myself so I know how it feels, and I am a huge fan of Poke Theory. But would have to strongly advise everyone against visiting this particular outlet. Outlet is very dirty, I always visit during non peak and the dining area is always so disgusting with spilled sauce and food on the table and floors, but the staff will always be behind the counter on their phones. No initiative to walk around and do housekeeping. Also the only outlet that is constantly running out of soy beansprouts, but once they run out they just never replenish it for the rest of the day. Once tried to place a delivery order and realised they ran out of beansprouts, so I didn’t order. That same day I went down to the outlet hoping they already replenished as I live pretty close by, and they STILL are out of beansprouts. By then it’s been a good 4-5 hours since I tried placing a delivery order. Ended up visiting the outlet again about an hour before closing as my friend wanted to order to go, and guess what? Still out. I’m unsure if this is on the staff, simply too lazy to replenish, or management’s fault for perhaps not stocking enough beansprouts in the outlet. But if you know something moves fast at your outlet, stock more of it!!!!! Because what do you MEAN you’re already running out of an ingredient at 1pm? Also on the note of staff - young indian looking girl is unfriendly and would sneer at you as if you’re her subordinate or something. I will never expect tiptop customer service and warmness from an ordering kiosk, but there was no need for the passive aggression either when your entire job is just scooping prepped vegetables into a bowl. And I was super nice and patient too, even though it was so hard to get her attention initially because she was just sitting behind the counter head down watching TikToks. Attitude was uncalled for and unnecessary, definitely needs some sort of retraining. Sorry I ruined your very important TikTok time while working. Will continue to patronise other Poke Theory outlets, not so much this one. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
